Refund Policy

At The AI Training Center, we want every learner to be fully satisfied with their learning experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:


10-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 10 days of purchase.

  • After 10 days, refunds will no longer be available.


Conditions for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within the 10-day window.

  • Refunds apply only to the course fee paid; related fees from third-party services (e.g., payment processor fees) are non-refundable where applicable.

  • If you have completed a substantial portion of the course (e.g., more than 50% of lessons or modules), we reserve the right to decline the refund request.


How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to office@taitc.com within 10 days of your purchase.

  • Include your name, email, order number, and reason for the request.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.


Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Expired course access or late requests (beyond 10 days).

  • Certificates of completion already issued.
